Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a very personal experience and a huge decision to make. Individual therapy happens with just you and your therapist. You focus on your goals of therapy whether it be trauma focused, learning coping skills, dealing with anxiety or depression, or anything else you bring to the table. Your sessions are based on you and your needs and established in the first few sessions with your therapist. We offer unique treatment plans based on each client's individual needs because we see you as a person and not a diagnosis. We will walk you through every step of the process to make the experience as easy as possible for you.
We see individuals from all walks of life starting at age 6. We do not offer psychological testing but can do assessments and evaluations. Therapists do not prescribe medication (call your primary care physician or a psychiatrist for mental health medication needs).
